Clinical Microbiology Specialist Study Program Holds Visiting Lecture with Speaker from Okayama University
Clinical Microbiology Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (FK Unud) held a Visiting Lecture with the topic "Genomic Analysis of Anti Microbial Resistant Bacteria", which took place in the Prof. dr. IGNG Ngoerah room, FK Unud Building, Denpasar. (4/7/2025)
This Visiting Lecture was attended by the Coordinator of the Clinical Microbiology Specialist Study Program, Prof. dr. Ni Nengah Dwi Fatmawati, S.Ked., Sp.MK.(K), Ph.D., teaching staff and students of the Clinical Microbiology Specialist Study Program. This activity invited speaker Kazuyoshi Gotoh, Ph.D., from the Department of Medical Laboratory Science, Faculty of Health Science, Okayama University, Japan with moderator, Dr. dr. Made Agus Hendrayana, S.Ked., M.Ked.
Officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes., who in his speech expressed his gratitude to the speakers for being willing to attend this Visiting Lecture to provide a good opportunity for all participants who attended, especially for students of the Clinical Microbiology Specialist Study Program to learn about Genomic Analysis of Anti Microbial Resistant Bacteria. He hopes that this program can continue and the collaboration carried out is not only in this program, but also in other Tri Dharma activities of Higher Education. After the presentation of the material by the speakers, it was continued with a discussion session which took place conducively and the participants seemed enthusiastic to be involved in the discussion. The Visiting Lecture was closed with the presentation of certificates to the speakers and a group photo session.
