The Dean of FK Unud attended and opened the Continuing Professional Development event which on this occasion raised the theme:

"Refractive Disorders; Current Diagnosis and Management"

The event which took place in the Dr. Room. AA Made Djelantik (Saturday, August 24, 2019) was attended by 185 participants consisting of Specialists, General Practitioners, Nurses and Students. Also attending this event were the President Director of Sanglah Hospital, Head of Department and Coordinator of Study Programs within the Faculty of Medicine, Unud.

The objectives of this event include;

1. To provide the latest knowledge about the anatomy, histology and function of refractive media.

2. To know how to diagnose and provide treatment for a refractive error and low vision

3. Informing the latest technology and breakthroughs in dealing with a refractive disorder and visual physiology in daily work
