FK Unud Informs Education Personnel About Institutional Archive Arrangement

In order to improve understanding regarding archival arrangement, the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University held "Technical Guidance and Consultation on Archive Arrangement" located in Dr. Room. A A. Made Djelantik, FK Building, Denpasar (20/9/2022)

This training presented resource persons, namely, the Coordinator of TU, ??RT and HTL at Udayana University, I Wayan Gayun Widharma, S.E., M.Si. and guided by the Coordinator of TU FK Unud, Ni Ketut Dewi Megawati, SH., MH., as moderator.

The event began with remarks from the Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Dr. dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes., who said that the procedure for managing records is very important for the purposes of administration in the institution.

"As administrative staff, there are many things we need to know about archives, how to store archives and when archives can be destroyed, where archives related to institutions must be stored properly." he said

The event was followed by a presentation by the resource persons which was followed by a discussion session. This technical guidance was attended by representatives from each study program, department, unit and subsection at the Faculty of Medicine, Unud
