This exam is held by the Indonesian Collegium of Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy every 3 months and is attended by students from all education centers in Indonesia with Chief level. OSCE is a method to test clinical competence objectively and structured in the form of station rotation with a certain time. Objective because all students are tested with the same exam. Structured because certain clinical skills are tested using certain assessment sheets. During the exam, participants go around through several successive stations. Each station is made like a clinical condition that is as close to real as possible. In OSCE the assessment is based on a comprehensive decision of the various components of competence.
