OSCE UKMPPD Question Writing Training
In preparation for the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) exam for the National Student Profession Professional Competency Examination (UKMPPD), the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University through the Skill Lab Unit held training on writing OSCE UKMPPD questions which took place in the Skill Lab Room, Floor III, Cakra Vidya Usadha Building. 14/04/2023)
The event began with remarks from the Skill Lab Unit Coordinator, Dr. dr. I Gusti Ayu Artini, S.Ked., M.Sc., who in her remarks conveyed the purpose of the OSCE UKMPPD question writing training was to prepare lecturers in each clinical department to become writers of OSCE UKMPPD questions in accordance with the standards where the requirements to become writers OSCE UKMPPD questions must have attended question writing training in accordance with OSCE UKMPPD standards.
"Our hope is that in the future lecturers in the department will meet the requirements to become writers on OSCE UKMPPD questions and later become reviewers for UKMPPD questions at the center," he said.
The event continued with remarks by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes., who on this occasion gave his appreciation for holding the OSCE UKMPPD writing training. The OSCE UKMPPD is part of the competency exam for study programs other than the CBT exam and is a requirement for student graduation where as a lecturer, they must have the responsibility and obligation to prepare students to be able to pass the exam, especially in the field of skills, through the OSCE UKMPPD exam.
"We hope that holding training on writing OSCE UKMPPD questions can provide benefits for lecturers to train their skills, which in the future can help students to prepare better so they can pass the final exam well," he said.
This OSCE UKMPPD question writing training presented two competent speakers in their fields, namely:
1.Dr. Dr. Desak Ketut Indrasari Utami, Sp.S(K)
2. dr. Ni Luh Putu Ariastuti, MPH
The participants in this training were two lecturer representatives from the clinical department at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.
