PKM Warriors: A Forum for Udayana University Faculty of Medicine Students in the Preparation and Competency of Faculty Level PKM

On Saturday, June 15 2024, the 2024 PKM Warriors Final took place in the Dr. Room. A A. Made Djelantik, Lecture Room 4.01 & 4.02, KDA Room 3rd floor, Lecture Room 3.01 & 3.02, and Lecture Room 1.01., FK Unud Denpasar Building. This event was opened by the Dean of FK Unud, Prof. Dr. Dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M. Kes, and accompanied by the Study Program Coordinators at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.

In his speech, Prof. Januartha expressed his hope that the existence of PKM Warriors at the Faculty of Medicine level could provide a high sense of struggle for students to submit their work to the next level.

A glance at the Student Creativity Program (PKM), this is a program launched by the Directorate General of Higher Education as an effort to foster student creative ideas and innovation. Therefore, the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University accommodates every student to be creative and innovative in creating proposals through the PKM Warriors 2024 event. This event is also a competition event to hone students' competitive skills which is attended by 3 active classes, namely the 2023, 2022 and 2021 classes. This year there are 5 competition fields, namely PKM-PM, PKM-RE, PKM-GFT, PKM-RSH, and PKM-K, as well as PKM-AI where the proposal preparation process is facilitated.

For approximately 4 months, PKM Warriors has produced 158 proposals and was selected to get 23 finalist teams from all fields. The finalist teams from each field will compete again to present their work and exhibit.
