The Dean of FK Unud attended and delivered his presentation on the second day of The 13th International Commission on Occupational Health Scientific Committee Mining Occupational Safety and Health (ICON-MinOSH) with the theme of the 13th Indonesian Occupational Medicine Updates ( IOMU ) at Prime Plaza Hotel , Sanur, Denpasar City, Bali.

The chairperson of the institution, Dr Liem Jen Fuk, explained that the theme of the 13th IOMU was 'From ore to vision zero'. This theme invites medical practitioners to raise awareness that work accidents and occupational diseases, especially in the mining, oil and gas and energy sectors, can basically be prevented. The 13th IOMU Conference was attended by 300 participants both from within and outside the country, this activity consisted of a Workshop on 6 October 2019, to improve the skills of Occupational Medicine Specialists and General Practitioners in providing Occupational Medicine services, as well as a Symposium on 7 and 8 October 2019) which presented speakers from various countries including Indonesia, Australia, Denmark, the Philippines, Japan, Germany, South Korea and Thailand.
