The signing of the MOU and PKS between the Chancellor of Udayana University and the Chairperson of the BNN RI and the BNN for the Province of Bali

THE NATIONAL NARCOTICS AGENCY OFFICIALLY COOPERATES WITH UDAYANA UNIVERSITY

Udayana University officially cooperates with the National Narcotics Agency of the Republic of Indonesia through the Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on the Prevention and Eradication of Abuse and Illicit Trafficking of Narcotics and Narcotics Precursor, in dr. AA Made Djelantik, Faculty of Medicine Building, Udayana University, Tuesday (14/5/2019). The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding was also followed up with the signing of 3 (three) Cooperation Agreements consisting of:
1. Cooperation Agreement on: Anti-Drug Activists, Drug Tests/Tests and Empowerment of Alternative Communities in Drug-Prone and Vulnerable Areas; between the Deputy for Community Empowerment of the National Narcotics Agency, and the Vice Chancellor for General Affairs and Finance at Udayana University;
2. Cooperation Agreement on: Anti-Narcotics Volunteers and Information Dissemination; between the Deputy for Prevention of the National Narcotics Agency, and the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at Udayana University; and
3. Cooperation Agreement on: Implementation of Breeding, Health Management, Animal Welfare, and Treatment for Narcotics Tracking Dogs and Narcotics Precursors and Implementation of Veterinary Professional Education Programs; between the Head of the National Narcotics Agency of Bali Province and the Dean of FKH Udayana University.

In addition to the signing of the MoU and PKS, a pararem was also signed between the National Narcotics Agency of the Republic of Indonesia, the Governor of Bali, and Regents/Mayors throughout Bali. The activity was also filled with the inauguration of anti-drug volunteers and the inauguration of the Shining Village (Drug Clean). In his speech, the Chancellor of Udayana University, Prof. Dr. dr. AA Raka Sudewi, Sp.S(K) said that Udayana University as an educational institution has a responsibility to prevent and eradicate drug abuse. "Because it is our duty and responsibility to prevent or eradicate drug use abuse in saving the younger generation, one of which is through collaboration with BNN," said the Unud Chancellor.
