Faculty of Medicine UNUD student research received awards as "Outstanding Abstracts" and "Travel Grant Awardee" in an International Conference in Japan.


Proud achievements came from students of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University who became recipients of the Travel Grant Award for research results that passed as "Outstanding Abstracts" at the 21st Japanese Society of Medical Oncology (JSMO) at the Nagoya Congress Center, Japan on February 22-24, 2024.


This achievement was achieved by:

3. Christo Timothy Mamangdean (Bachelor of Medicine 2021)

5. Putri Ayu Wulandari (Doctor Professional Study Program 2019)


This event was attended by 34 countries with a total of more than 550 participants.


The Udayana University Faculty of Medicine team under the guidance of Dr. dr. Desak Made Wihandani, M.Kes., and dr. I Gede Putu Supadmanaba, M.Sc., presented on the diagnostic and prognostic value of a number of biomarkers and gene polymorphisms in breast cancer and colorectal cancer.
