Leadership Meeting for the April 2024 Period and Musrenbang for the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, FY 2025

Located in Dr. A A. Made Djelantik, FK Denpasar Building, Faculty of Medicine held a Leadership Meeting for the April 2024 period and a Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbang) T.A. 2025, led directly by the Dean of FK Unud, Prof. Dr. Dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes., and attended by Deputy Deans, Study Program Coordinators, and Unit Coordinators. The event continued with a presentation from the academic section, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning, FK Unud, Dr. Dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT(K) conveyed regarding:

1. Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 53 of 2023

2. International accreditation, AUN QA certification

3. Improve data on Higher Education at the university level

4. Research

5. Dikti PD data

6. Draft Unud Chancellor's Performance Agreement with the Dean in 2024

In the general and financial fields, Deputy Dean for General and Financial Affairs, FK Unud, Dr. Dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes., conveyed regarding:

1. Budget absorption of 8%

2. Infrastructure

3. Human Resources

4. Proposing a new NIDK is equipped with tridharma tasks

5. Lecturers are required to fill in attendance via the SIPENA application

And from the field of student affairs and information, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information, FK Unud, Prof. Dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D said:

1. Number of active collaborations 2021-2023

2. Agenda for the 2024 Higher Education Talent Event

3. Prevention of bullying and sexual violence

4. Efforts to increase the quality and quantity of news on websites and social media

After presenting the report by the Dean, the event continued with the 2025 FY Musrenbang which ended with the submission of the 2025 FY budget ceiling document to the Study Program Coordinators and Unit Coordinators.
