FK Unud Graduates 330 Prospective Graduates for the June 2025 Period

The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (FK Unud) proudly graduated 330 prospective graduates. The Graduation Ceremony for Prospective Graduates was held at the Widya Sabha Building, Bukit Campus, Jimbaran. (19/06/2025)

The Graduation Ceremony for Prospective Graduates for the June 2025 period was attended by the President Director of Prof. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Hospital, Director of Unud Hospital, Head of Komkordik, Head of IDI Bali, Head of Ikayana Commissariat of the Faculty of Medicine, Vice Deans of FK Unud, Study Program Coordinators, KP3 Unit Coordinators and all prospective graduates.

The event began with a report on the graduation of prospective graduates by the Vice Dean for Academic and Planning of FK Unud, Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT(K)., he conveyed the number of prospective graduates from each study program and the best graduates from each level of education.

In the period of June 2025, the title of best graduate was achieved by:

1. Dr. dr. Ni Ketut Rai Purnami, Sp.PD-KGer., from the Doctor of Medical Sciences Study Program

2. dr. Ni Kadek Vani Apriyanti, S.Ked., M.Biomed (IKD)., from the Master of Biomedical Sciences Study Program

3. dr. Lasta Arshinta, Sp.N., from the Neurology Specialist Study Program

4. dr. Bryan Gervais de Liyis, S.Ked., from the Doctor of Medicine Study Program

5. Gusti Ayu Shinta Rahmaswari, S.KM.., from the Doctor of Medicine Study Program Bachelor of Public Health

The next event was the handover of graduates from the Study Program Coordinators to the Dean which was continued with the recitation and signing of the oath of young doctors and nursing graduates. The event was continued with the symbolic handover of young doctor's coats and nurse name tags. After the handover of the doctor's coats, the event continued with the recitation and signing of the oath by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes., who was accompanied by the Chairperson of IDI Bali Dr. dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes., and the doctors were confirmed by the clerics.

The graduation ceremony for prospective graduates was continued with the inauguration of Specialist Doctors and Doctors by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes.

After the inauguration, the event was continued with the handover of certificates to the best graduates, the inauguration of the graduation of prospective graduates and continued with remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University and the President Director of Prof. dr. IGNG Ngoerah Hospital, dr. I Wayan Sudana, M.Kes.

On this occasion, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Januartha conveyed his congratulations and what was achieved today is the result of hard work and support from various parties. In the future, the steps that must be taken are still long where some will continue to higher education or directly devote their knowledge and skills to serve the community. Currently, Indonesia has health problems, where the community really needs help, especially in the health sector. It is hoped that the graduates of this period can communicate with their alma mater and implement what they have learned in college to help the community.

"As health workers, prioritize empathy for patients and the community. Provide services professionally, ethically, and provide the best skills in carrying out their duties so that they can bring honor to the alma mater. We also hope that the graduates can continue to follow and improve their knowledge of the development of medical science so that they can continue to provide optimal services." He said.

The event was closed with impressions and messages from representatives of prospective graduates for the June 2025 period.
