Udayana University Faculty of Medicine Graduates 394 Prospective Graduates for the August 2025 Term


The Faculty of Medicine of Udayana University (FK Unud) proudly graduated 394 prospective graduates. The graduation ceremony was held at the Widya Sabha Building, Bukit Campus, Jimbaran. (August 2, 2025)


The graduation ceremony for the prospective graduates of the Faculty of Medicine of Udayana University for the August 2025 term was attended by the President Director of Prof. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah General Hospital, represented by the Director of Human Resources, Education, and Research; the Director of Unud Hospital, represented by the Deputy Director for Academic and Human Resources; the Director of Unud Dental and Oral Hospital; the Chairperson of the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) Bali; the Chairperson of the Indonesian Doctors Association (PDGI) Bali; the Chairperson of the Faculty of Medicine's Ikayana Commissariat; the Vice Deans of FK Unud; the Study Program Coordinators; the Coordinator of the KP3 Unit; and all prospective graduates.


The event began with a graduation report from the Vice Dean for Academic and Planning of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT(K). He announced the number of prospective graduates from each study program and the top graduates from each level of education.


For the August 2025 period, the top graduates were:

1. Dr. Ns. Gusti Ayu Krisma Yuntari, S.Kep., M.Kes., FISQua from the Doctoral Program in Medical Sciences

2. Dr. Putu Kharisma Ayu Pangestu Sudina, S.Ked., M.Biomed(AAM) from the Master of Biomedical Sciences Program

3. Dr. Naomi Juliana Sinaga, Sp.PA., from the Anatomical Pathology Specialist Program

4. Dr. Daffa Satria Ananda, S.Ked., from the Medical Profession Study Program

5. Ester Yolanda Ambarita, S.Kes., from the Undergraduate Physiotherapy Study Program


The next event was the handover of graduates from the Study Program Coordinators to the Dean, followed by the recitation and signing of the oath of honor for the young doctors with bachelor's degrees in medicine, dentistry, and nursing. The event continued with the symbolic presentation of young doctors' coats and nurses' name tags. Following the presentation of the coats and name tags, the event continued with the recitation and signing of the oath by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes., who was accompanied by the Chairman of the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) Bali, Dr. dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes., and the oath of office for doctors and dentists was affirmed by the clergy.


The graduation ceremony continued with the inauguration of the Specialist Doctors and Medical Doctors by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes.


Following the inauguration, the ceremony continued with the presentation of certificates to the top graduates, the inauguration of the graduates, and remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, and the Director of Human Resources, Education, and Research at Prof. Dr. IGNG Ngoerah General Hospital, Ken Wirianti, SE, MRM.


On this occasion, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Januartha, expressed his congratulations, noting that today's achievements are the result of hard work and support from various parties. The future is still a long way to go, with some continuing on to higher education or directly devoting their knowledge and skills to serving the community. At this time, the question is how we can assist the government in providing services to those in need, especially in the health sector. We are confident that the lecturers have provided sufficient knowledge and skills to their students.


"As healthcare professionals, prioritize empathy for patients and the community. Provide professional and ethical services, and demonstrate the best skills in your duties to bring honor to your alma mater. To date, graduates of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, have never had any negative experiences; most have been positive. We sincerely hope to uphold the good name of our alma mater," said Prof. Januartha.


"We also express our gratitude to the directors of our network hospitals for their support and the opportunities they provide our students to pursue knowledge and skills. We hope that the collaboration we have established thus far will continue to grow and that we can jointly produce healthcare professionals who can assist the government in improving public health," added Prof. Januartha.


The event concluded with comments and remarks from representatives of prospective graduates of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, for the August 2025 intake.
