2023 National Seminar on Environmental Care Student Community, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.


The 2023 E-Talk National Seminar is an activity that is carried out online through a Zoom Meeting which is attended by core members and young members of the Semi-Autonomous Body of Environmentally Concerned Student Community, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, academic community of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, and from outside the University's Faculty of Medicine. Udayana. This activity was held for 1 day (18/08/2023) in the form of activities in the form of seminars and talk shows.


This year's KMPL BSO National E-Talk Seminar carries the theme "Waste Processing to Make Clean and Healthy Environment" where this theme is raised with the hope that the participants of the 2023 E-Talk National Seminar in the future as young people will be able to help save the environment and have concern and sensitivity to the situation current environment, so as to be able to solve problems and provide solutions to environmental problems that occur, especially related to waste management.


In this seminar, the material presented was “𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗵 𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝘂𝗺 2020 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗮” by Luh Putu Anggita Baruna, the community manager for Sungai Watch. Sungai Watch is a non-governmental organization to protect and restore rivers starting from rivers in Bali, Indonesia by developing and designing simple technologies to stop the flow of plastic pollution into the sea.


In addition, the 2023 KMPL National Seminar also held 2 talk shows on “𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗿𝘂𝗵 𝗚𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝗛𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗽 𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝗺 Home Home 𝗴𝗸𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝗶 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻" by Putu Ayu Saraswati, S.Ked, an Ambassador of the Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly, Practical Medical, Model, and Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2020, as well as a talk show discussing “𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗻 Home Home 𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘁” by Aeshnina Azzahra Aqilani, a student who is famous for her actions in protecting the environment in Gresik Regency.


This activity was officially opened by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information at the Udayana Faculty of Medicine, Prof. dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, M.P.H., Ph.D., which was marked by 3 rounds of applause. Prof. Ady in his remarks expressed his appreciation for the 2023 KMPL National Seminar, where this activity aims to awaken the younger generation so they are able to save the environment and have concern and sensitivity to the current state of the environment.

"Hopefully this KMPL National Seminar can be useful for participants and able to provide an understanding of environmental problems that occur, especially those related to waste management." he said.


The agenda for the 2023 KMPL National Seminar this time was filled with the provision of seminar material, talk show sessions, filling out post test material, giving door prizes, announcing rewards, and ending with closing. This activity was also attended by representatives of each BEM, HM, and BSO at FK UNUD.
