Accreditation of Orthopedic and Traumatology Specialist Study Programs, Udayana University Faculty of Medicine
The Independent Accreditation Institute for Health Higher Education (LAM-PTKes) conducted a field assessment in the context of accreditation of the Orthopedic and Traumatology Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. This accreditation is carried out in order to maintain and improve the quality of education and services at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.
Located in Dr A A Made Djelantik's room, the Field Assessment by LAM-PTKes was held for 2 days from 1 to 2 August 2022 with 2 assessors, namely:
1. Dr. dr. M. Rizal Chaidir, Sp.OT (K), M.Kes (MMR), M.HKes (Assessor 1)
2. dr. Istan Irmansyah Irsan, Sp.OT (K) ) (Assessor 2)
The event began with remarks from the Dean of the Unud Medical Faculty, Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes and opened by the Chancellor of Udayana University Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng, IPU.
Dr. Januartha in his speech expressed his gratitude to the team of assessors who had taken the time to visit the Orthopedic and Traumatology Study Program. "The Orthopedic and Traumatology Study Program has been around for fourteen years, has produced graduates and has devoted their knowledge to the community. We hope that a team of assessors will come to the Orthopedic and Traumatology Specialist Study Program to help see gaps and provide suggestions so that In the future, the Orthopedic and Traumatology Specialist Study Program has a better quality of education and has graduates who are ready to devote their knowledge to society so that they are ready to compete at national and international levels." Prof. Antara conveyed his welcome to the Island of the Gods to the assessors. The Faculty of Medicine is a proud and excellent faculty at Udayana University where from 118 Study Programs at Unud there are 33 Study Programs at FK Unud. He hopes that the Orthopedic and Traumatology Study Program in this accreditation will get superior results.
This activity was also attended by representatives from Prof. Hospital. dr. I Goesti Ngoerah Gde Ngoerah, Director of Unud Hospital, Head of LP3M Unud, Head of USDI, Head of Unud Libraries, Director and Representatives of Network Hospitals, Deputy Deans of FK Unud, Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Coordinators, and the entire Team Accreditation Task Force.
Today's assessment agenda is;
1. Meeting of the assessor team with the head of the study program management unit and practice vehicle.
2. Discussion of the assessor team with the head of the Study Program management unit.
3. Interviews and assessments of lecturers who teach in the study program.
4. Interviews and assessments of the adequacy of education personnel regarding academic and non-academic services.
5. Interviews and assessments with Alumi and students representing all students from each batch regarding academic and non-academic services.
6. Visitation of the assessor team to the Main Teaching Hospital and Satellite/Affiliate Hospital.
