Appointment and Taking of Promise / Oath of Nurse July 2021

Dean of FK Unud Prof.Dr.dr. I Ketut Suyasa, SpB.,SpOT(K) attended the Inauguration and Oath Taking/Pledge of Nurses which was held online, directly from Dr. Room. AA Made Djelantik Lt. IV FK Unud.

The Council for this event consists of:

1. Chairperson of the Session: I Gusti Ngurah Kt Sukadarma, SKp., M.Kes as Chair of the DPW of the Indonesian National Nurses Association (PPNI) Bali Province

2. Witness 1: Prof.Dr.dr. I Ketut Suyasa, SpB., SpOT(K) as the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University

3. Witness 2: Dr. dr. Putu Ayu Asri Damayanti, S.Ked, M.Kes as Coordinator of the Undergraduate Nursing and Nursing Profession Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University

At this event PPNI inaugurated and took the oath/pledge of nurses as many as 50 students. The event started with the opening by the Chair of the Session Council which was followed by the taking of the New Nurse Oath. Furthermore, the signing of the Letter of Oath by the Student in front of the Witness, namely the Chairperson of PPNI and the Spiritualist. In this event, besides being filled with the Oath Taking and Inauguration Session, Nurse badges were also attached and the nurse's oath was handed over to New Nurses. After giving the badges, the event continued with remarks from the New Nurse Representative, the Dean of the Unud Medical Faculty, and the Chairperson of the Bali Province PPNI DPW.

On this occasion, the Dean of FK Unud Prof.Dr.dr. I Ketut Suyasa, SpB.,SpOT(K) said "With the increasing number of COVID-19 cases, of course I hope that nursing graduates can be on the front line to protect the people we love.

I really appreciate my colleagues in nursing and nursing students who have taken part in the response to Covid-19 in Bali, including being a vaccinator in the vaccination program in Bali.

Let us together to devote ourselves and our knowledge to the nation and state. Congratulations on carrying out the task, may our presence in society provide the greatest benefit.

Congratulations on practicing knowledge and be a useful person for the nation and state." He closed in his speech.

The event closed with the presentation of souvenirs from the New Nurse Representatives and a group photo session.
