Audience for the Acceleration and Optimization of Covid-19 Handling in Denpasar City

In order to handle the increasing number of Covid-19 cases in Denpasar City, the Dean of FK Unud Prof.Dr.dr. I Ketut Suyasa, SpB., SpOT(K) attended the hearing on the acceleration and optimization of the handling of Covid-19 which was held at the Denpasar Mayor's Office.

This event was also attended by the Head of IDI Denpasar Branch, dr. I Ketut Widiyasa, M.PH, Mayor of Denpasar IGN Jaya Negara, and Head of Denpasar City Health Office and related officials.

On this occasion, the Dean of FK Unud Prof.Dr.dr. I Ketut Suyasa, SpB., SpOT(K) conveyed several things including:

1. Changes in mindset that are very much needed, especially in compliance with health protocols.

2. Propose to complete/support the Unud Hospital in terms of sar pras due to the availability of land to be developed.

3. Propose private hospitals to help with Covid-19 services

5. IDI and FK have collaborated to provide online counseling services to Covid-19 patients every day.

6. FK Unud recommends that graduate doctors waiting for internship placement be utilized and counted as the implementation of internship tasks
