BATIK Scientific Seminar (Latest Bali Psychiatry)

In order to keep up with the latest developments in the field of psychiatry, the Department/KSM of Psychiatry, FK UNUD/RSUP Sanglah held a Scientific Seminar "BATIK" (Bali Psychiatry Latest). This seminar is a scientific activity in the field of psychiatry which was held for the first time with the theme: “Interdisciplinary Approach to Mental Disorders Across the Lifespan”.

In this series of BATIK seminars held for 2 (two) days on 28-29 December 2020, updates in the field of Psychiatry will be presented in the form of training (workshops), symposiums and expert discussions so that the opportunity for interaction between participants and experts is optimal as well as critical cultural influences. on individual mental health.

The seminar was opened virtually by the Chancellor of Unud Prof.Dr.dr. AA Raka Sudewi, SpS(K) and

Dean of FK Unud Prof.Dr.dr. I Ketut Suyasa, SpB., SpOT(K) who on this occasion was present virtually also gave a speech as well as he was the Keynote Lecture 1 with the topic Maintaining Physical and Mental Conditions during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

This Scientific Seminar was attended by participants from General Practitioners, Specialist Doctors, Medical Students, and from the general public.

According to the Chief Executive and Head of the Department of Psychiatry, dr. Ni Ketut Putri Ariani, Sp.KJ, the purpose of holding this scientific seminar is as a forum to share the latest clinical and academic experiences, build social interaction with policy makers and family ties for doctors so that the treatment of patients becomes integrated and comprehensive.
