Collaboration between the Neurology Specialist Study Program of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University and the Asy-Syifa Regional Hospital, West Sumbawa

The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, accepted an invitation from the Director of the Asy-Syifa Regional Hospital to see firsthand the hospital's readiness to accept independent senior residents of the Neurology Specialist Study Program. On this occasion, the Regent of West Sumbawa also launched the service and inaugurated the CT-Scan room at the Asy-Syifa Regional Hospital.

The visitation of the Asy-Syifa Regional Hospital was held on January 31-February 2, 2025 as well as the signing of the addendum to the cooperation agreement. The Director of the Asy-Syifa Regional Hospital, dr. Carlof and the Regent of West Sumbawa

directly received the visitation team of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, and in his remarks, he expressed his gratitude for the willingness of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University team to build cooperation to improve health services at the Asy-Syifa Regional Hospital, especially the sending of independent senior residents. The event continued with the inauguration of the CT-scan room and a discussion related to the implementation of cooperation activities. In the future, activities will not only be in the field of education, but also community service which is routinely scheduled by Asy-Syifa Hospital.

The FK Unud visitation team was led by the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance of FK UNUD, Prof. Dr. dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M. Kes and accompanied by the Deputy of the Education Coordination Committee (Komkordik) of FK Unud/RSUP Prof. Ngoerah Dr. dr. I Made Pande Dwipayana, Sp.PD., KEMD, UPIKS Coordinator Dr. dr. Ida Ayu Ika Wahyuniari, M.Kes, and the representative of the Neurology Specialist Study Program, Dr. dr. Desak Ketut Indrasari Utami, Sp. S(K).
