Commemorating the 63rd BKFK, the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Holds a Symposium with the Theme “𝙂𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙣 𝙃𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙉𝙚𝙪𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙪𝙢𝙖”

Commemorating the 63rd BKFK, the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Holds a Symposium with the Theme “𝙂𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙣 𝙃𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙉𝙚𝙪𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙪𝙢𝙖”


In order to enliven the commemoration of the 63rd Faculty of Medicine Family Board (BKFK) of Udayana University, the Faculty of Medicine through the Student Executive Board (BEM) in collaboration with the Neurosurgery Specialist Study Program held a symposium with the theme “𝙂𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙣 𝙃𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙉𝙚𝙪𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙪𝙢𝙖” 𝙉𝙚𝙪𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙪𝙢𝙖” which took place in the dr. A.A Made Djelantik room, FK Unud Building and was attended by students from the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. (3/15/2025)


This symposium presented four speakers, namely:

1. dr. Made Gemma Daniswara Mallawan, M.Ked.Klin, Sp.BS with the material Comprehensive Prehospital Management in Neurotrauma

2. dr. Steven Awyono, Sp.BS with the material Traumatic Brain injury Time is Brain

3. Dr. dr. Dewa Putu Wisnu Wardhana, Sp.BS, Subsp.TB, FICS, FINSS with the material Spinal Cord Injury: From Emergency Care to Optimal Recovery

4. dr. Putu Eka Mardhika, Sp.BS with the material Acute Peripheral Nerve Injury: Diagnosis and Early Management

This symposium was guided by two moderators, namely:

1. Prof. Dr. dr. Tjokorda Gde Bagus Mahadewa, M. Kes., Sp. BS, Subsp.TB, FICS, FINSS, FINPS, AIFO-K

2. dr. Nyoman Gde Wahyudana, Sp.BS, Subsp.TB


The event began with remarks by the Coordinator of the Neurosurgery Specialist Study Program Prof. Dr. dr. Tjokorda Gde Bagus Mahadewa, S.Ked., M.Kes., Sp.BS(K) which was continued with remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University Prof. Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes., who expressed his greatest appreciation to the committee and participants, and hoped that this symposium would be beneficial for students.
