Coordination Meeting Regarding Vaccination and Optimization of Covid-19 Services

Following up on the virtual meeting of the Dean of FK Unud Prof.Dr.dr. I Ketut Suyasa, SpB., SpOT(K) with the Bali Provincial Health Office on January 25, 2021 in order to optimize health services in hospitals for Covid-19 patients and Letter from the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Bali Province No: 116/SatgasCovid19 /I/2021 Dated January 26, 2021 regarding requests for support from doctors as supervisors at quarantine places for the supervision and treatment of Covid-19 patients who experience mild symptoms and people without symptoms (OTG) and the number and technical placement of personnel to be coordinated with the Bali Provincial Health Office, and also in order to improve security and the active participation of residents in Covid-19 services, the Dean of FK Unud Prof.Dr.dr. I Ketut Suyasa, SpB., SpOT(K) accompanied by the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning of FK Unud Dr. dr. I Dewa Made Sukrama, MSi.,SpMK(K) attended a virtual coordination meeting regarding Vaccination and Optimization of Covid-19 Services.

This virtual meeting was also attended by the President Director of Sanglah Hospital, dr. I Wayan Sudana, M. Kes, Director of Human Resources and Education at Sanglah Hospital, Specialist Study Program Coordinators, Head of the Komkordik Unit and Daily Management as well as Resident Heads of Specialist Study Program of Unud Medical Faculty/Sanglah Hospital.

The results of the meeting resulted in an agreement:

1. Acceleration of vaccination for all residents which is expected to be completed on January 31.

2. Residents in addition to providing services for Covid patients in hospitals, will also provide services at the Covid Quarantine Post, screening patients and consulting medical care for those indicated to be referred to hospitals.
