Dissemination of Authority for Signing Official Manuscripts Policy to Officials

The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University held a Policy Dissemination of Authorization for Signing Official Manuscripts to Officials at the Faculty of Medicine at Dr AA Made Djelantik's Room (16/11/21). The event was attended by the Dean of Medical Faculty Unud Dr.dr Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes., along with the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance Dr.dr.I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes, all Study Program Coordinators, Heads of Departments, Coordinators Units, Administrative Coordinators, Sub Coordinators and education staff within the Faculty of Medicine, Unud.
On this occasion, the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance of the Faculty of Medicine said that the socialization of the policy on the power of signing official documents to officials at the Faculty of Medicine was held because previously all letters were signed by the Dean. The previous goal was for the Dean to know all the activities in each Study Program/Department/Unit but this resulted in a very large burden on the Faculty. Based on this, the Dean wanted the delegation of the power of signing the letter so that the correspondence at the Unud Medical Faculty ran smoothly.
