Faculty Level Leadership Meeting February 2021

The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Unud held an online Leadership Meeting (online). The meeting was opened directly by the Dean of FK Unud Prof.Dr.dr. I Ketut Suyasa, SpB., SpOT(K) .

The Leadership Meeting in February 2021 was also attended virtually by the Vice Deans, Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Heads, Administrative Coordinators and Sub Coordinators of Administration of the Faculty of Medicine, Unud.

On this occasion the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of Udayana University along with the Deputy Deans conveyed some information, which was started by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine who said:

1. A series of 59th BKFK Anniversary, FK Unud together with the TNI, Polri, Bali Provincial Health Service and IDI Bali Region held Blood Donor and Convalescent Plasma Donor on 14 and 21 February 2021

2. On February 26, 2021, a National Webinar will be held with Keynote Speaker, Deputy Minister of Health, dr. Dante Saksono Herbuwono, SpPD., PhD., KEMD.

3. Appeal to Educators and Education Personnel to always pay attention to prokes and be proactive if they have symptoms.

4. FK Unud received BKFK Birthday wishes from the Head of BNN RI Dr. Petrus R Golose, Indonesian Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection I Gusti Ayu Bintang Darmawati, Military Commander IX/Udayana Maj. Gen. Maruli Simanjuntak, M.Sc, Head of IDI Bali Region, Head of Bali Provincial Health Office, and Head of Puri Raharja General Hospital.

Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning Dr. dr. I Dewa Made Sukrama, MSi., SpMK (K) said the following:

1. The 140th Udayana University Graduation will be held online on 27 February 2021

2. In order to improve the University Validator Journal, it is requested that the Department sends the names of the staff registered as Validators

3. The Udayana University Guidelines for 2021 are being updated by the Vice Deans, if there are study programs that want to revise, please wait for the revision

4. PA students to continuously monitor the progress of their students' studies

5. Registration for new PPDS students, Professional Study Programs, Masters, Doctoral Degrees, Odd Semesters for the 2021/2022 academic year has been opened

6. PNBP grants are under review at LP2M

7. Proposed Physical Medicine and Medical Rehab Study Programs are being proposed for assistance at LP3M

Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance Prof. Dr. dr. AA Wiradewi Lestari, S. Ked., SpPK (K) said the following:

1. POK revision of several study programs and units.

2. SPI for several Study Programs will be submitted to each Study Program.

3. BKFK Event: Community Service on 7 February 2021, Educational Short Video Competition (25 teams), Congratulation Board Competition (22 Teams), Solo Singing Competition (24 participants), Amerta Sanjiwani Dance Competition (15 teams), Marriage Contest ( 17 participants), and Peak BKFK 59 will be held on March 7, 2021 live via Youtube

4. For lecturers/units who have cooperation funds in Unud managed accounts, immediately use the funds according to applicable regulations, before 28 February 2021.

Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information Dr.dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes., conveyed several things as follows:

1. Changes to several provisions in the 2021 PKM Guidebook

2. The socialization/workshop will be held on March 4, 2021

3. Preparation of teams and supporting documents at Faculty and University level Ormawa

4. Selection of assisted villages and application of innovative science and technology.

5. Information regarding Pilmapres and the Pilmapres Portfolio

6. Proposed Student Creativity Program (PKM) data from each faculty.

The event continued with discussions and reports from several Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators and Unit Heads.
