Faculty Level Leadership Meeting January 2021

The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Unud held an online Leadership Meeting (online). The meeting was opened directly by the Dean of FK Unud Prof.Dr.dr. I Ketut Suyasa, SpB., SpOT(K) .
The January 2021 Leadership Meeting was also attended virtually by the Vice Deans, Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Heads, Administrative Coordinators and Administrative Sub Coordinators of the Faculty of Medicine, Unud.
On this occasion, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Udayana University along with the Deputy Deans conveyed some information, which was initiated by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, including the following:
1. The accreditation of the Medical Sciences Doctoral Study Program has been carried out well and thanks to Prof. Dr. dr. I Made Jawi, M.Kes., along with the entire Task Force Team and other supporting components.
2. Kadep and Coorprodi to regulate regulations for staff and students because of the increasing number of covid cases
3. The leadership facilitates vaccination services at Unud Hospital for staff in the Pre Clinic Department.
4. Leaders will facilitate students to also get vaccination services
5. Proposals for UKT exemption, UKT reduction, and UKT installments have been stipulated in the Chancellor's Decree
6. We will immediately conduct the selection process for new students for Undergraduate Study Programs and PPDS.
7. We will soon commemorate the 59th BKFK which we continue to do virtually and simply.
8. The Psychology Undergraduate Study Program was assigned by the Chancellor to carry out the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) program.
9. The Chancellor has given his approval for the land for the construction of the Dental and Oral Hospital and the construction of 6 Undergraduate Study Programs at the Bukit Jimbaran Campus
10. 8 (eight) prospective Professors are in the process
11. We request that the CVU Building be immediately utilized by the Skill Lab and Integrated Biomedical Lab
12. BKD has been signed
Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning Dr. dr. I Dewa Made Sukrama, MSi., SpMK (K) said the following:
1. The 140th graduation will be held on February 27, 2021 while the release of graduation candidates at the faculty will be held on February 16, 2021, while registration will start from January 04 to February 05, 2021.
2. Admission of new students will be implemented soon.
3. Independent Learning Campus Independent Program (MBKM) which is a program from the Minister of Education and Culture where the learning process can
carried out outside the campus and it is equivalent to 20 credits, where for the FK itself who is appointed to do MBKM is the Psychology Undergraduate Study Program.
Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance Prof. Dr. dr. AA Wiradewi Lestari, S. Ked., SpPK (K) said the following:
1. Odd BKD collection 2020/2021 until today.
2. Submission of Complementary Remuneration no later than Wednesday, January 27, 2021.
3. Even semester 2021 UKT payments have ended
4. There are no fees outside UKT
5. Vaccination for health workers (lecturers, employees, residents and young doctors/participants in other study programs), the data will be received no later than January 27, 2021. The leadership has written to the Heads of the Pre-Clinical Department, while for the Clinical Department the vaccination process is ongoing. .
6. For Study Programs whose Goods Procurement in FY 2020 has not been realized, please write a letter along with the data and receive it no later than January 27, 2021
7. Please apply for the Use of SPI Funds for Sarpras and Revised RKA FY 2021 (POK) no later than 04 February 2021
8. Planned Activities for the 59th BKFK (gross food donation, blood donation, amerta sanjiwani dance competition, mekekawin, choir competition, mobile legend competition, tik tok competition, short educational video competition, and BKFK peak on 07 March 2021)
The Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information said the following:
1. The General Election (PEMIRA) has been held on January 12, 2021, attended by more than 50% of FK students, approximately 1500 students virtually.
2. At the HM (Student Association) level, a Student Conference was held which was attended by 50% of FK students, approximately 1775 students virtually.
3. This morning, January 25, 2021, there was a handover ceremony for the management of LMFK and HM consisting of 7 (seven) female students and 3 (three) students
The event continued with discussions and reports from several Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators and Unit Heads.
