Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University Leadership Meeting and Management Review Meeting

The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (FK Unud) held its October 2025 Leadership Meeting and Management Review Meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, in the Dr. A.A. Made Djelantik Room, 4th Floor, FK Unud Building, Denpasar. (10/14/2025)

The meeting was chaired by the Dean of FK Unud, Prof. Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT(K)., and attended by the Vice Deans, Study Program Coordinators, Department Heads, Unit Coordinators, Administrative Coordinators, and Sub-Coordinators.

The meeting began with a presentation of the Internal Quality Audit (AMI) results by the Coordinator of the Learning Development and Quality Assurance Unit (UP3M) of FK Unud, Dr. I Made Winarsa Ruma, Ph.D., who was accompanied by Dr. dra. Ida Ayu Alit Widhiartini, Apt, M.Si., Coordinator of UP3M, presented the results of the internal quality audit verification for study programs under the Faculty of Medicine, as well as providing evaluation results and improvement opportunities for continuous quality improvement.

The meeting continued with a presentation from the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT(K). He addressed several issues regarding:

1. Development of teaching and administrative staff, including qualification mapping and workload.

2. Improvement of educational facilities and infrastructure.

3. Preparation for international program development.

4. Strategic programs to increase revenue outside of UKT.

5. Updates on the latest academic regulations.

6. Other technical matters related to the implementation of the Tridharma (Three Pillars of Excellence) and findings from the AMI (Academic Implementation Assessment).

The event continued with presentations from the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning, and the Acting Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D., presented on:

1. Performance Achievements up to Q3

2. Study Program Accreditation

3. Establishment and Development of New Study Programs and Departments

4. Preparation for International Classes

5. Student Achievements

6. DIKTI Competition Progress

Meanwhile, the Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Dr. dr. I Made Muliarta, S.Ked., M.Kes., presented on:

1. Realized and Unrealized Budgets

2. Facilities Costs

3. Remuneration

The presentations continued with a discussion session.
