FARMER XXIII Medical Assistance Team Janar Dūta FK Unud

As a form of community service, the Janar Dūta FK UNUD Medical Assistance Team held the XXIII PETANI (One Day Health Service) Activity for 2 days on 15-16 June 2024 which took place in Belantih Village, Kintamani District, Bangli.

The XXIII FARMERS activity has the theme "Let's Move to Improve Health, Let's Spread Kindness Together". This activity is an annual activity held to help people who have difficulty getting health services.

The series of PETANI XXIII events was filled with education activities on clean, healthy living and dental hygiene at SDN 1 Belantih & SDN 2 Belantih, Posyandu PETANI (PONI) which was held at Banjar Tangguan, Belantih Village, mobile blood pressure tents at the 8 Banjars in Belantih Village, counseling Basic Life Support (BHD) for the young people of Belantih Village, a friendly evening for TBM Janar Dūta Members, health services attended by specialist resident doctors from the ENT-KL Specialist Study Program, Dermatology and Venereology, Eyes and Internal Medicine.

The closing ceremony of PETANI XXIII was attended by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D., Head of Belantih Village, Principal of SDN 1 Belantih, Principal of SDN 2 Belantih, Deputy Chair of BEM FK Unud, and Chair of TBM Janar Dūta.

In his speech, Prof. Ady hoped that the activities that had been carried out would be useful for the people of Belantih Village and advised them to continue serving the community.

"Hopefully in the future TBM Janar Dūta can carry out even more extraordinary activities in the field of community service and be able to help provide health services, especially for remote villages where routine services are still lacking." he said while closing the series of events
