FK Udayana Leadership Meeting for the Period of June 2023
Located in Dr. A A. Made Djelantik, Faculty of Medicine Building, Denpasar, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes held an offline Leadership Meeting for the June 2023 period which was attended by coordinators of undergraduate and specialist study programs (12/6/2023).
On this occasion, the Dean of FK Unud conveyed several things including:
1. Development of the construction of a lecture building at the Bukit Campus, Jimbaran
2. Implementation of lectures for undergraduate study programs at the Bukit Campus, Jimbaran
3. Selection of new student admissions
4. Preparation for international accreditation
5. Preparation for LAM-PTKes accreditation
From the academic section, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning FK Unud, Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT(K) conveyed regarding:
1. Achievement of the performance of the second quarter
2. Formation of a new study program
3. Research grants and service grants
In general and finance, Deputy Dean of Public and Finance FK Unud, Dr. dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes conveyed the following:
1. Changes in the implementation mechanism and determination of the Institutional Development Fee (IPI)
2. Learning assignments for educators (lecturers)
3. Absence management for lecturers
4. Repair of facilities and infrastructure
And from the student affairs field, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information of FK Unud, Prof. dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D conveyed about:
1. Number of student achievements in the second quarter
2. Funding for competitions for students and lecturers
3. Number of Student Creativity Programs (PKM)
4. MBKM Program
5. Tracer Study
6. Developments in the field of information systems and cooperation
After the presentation, the event continued with a discussion session with the study program coordinators.
