FK Unud and BPJS Pusat Jakarta Provide Education on Claim Management Procedures in Hospitals and Health Centers
Taking place in the Dr. A.A. Made Djelantik meeting room, the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (FK Unud) through the Undergraduate Medical Study Program in collaboration with BPJS Pusat Jakarta held a Public Lecture with the theme "One Decade of JKN, Strong Quality BPJS Health for a Healthier Indonesia". The participants who attended this guest lecture were 120 medical students. Guided by moderator dr. Ida Bagus Amertha Putra Manuaba, S.Ked., M.Biomed., Ph.D., this guest lecture invited dr. I Made Puja Yasa as Deputy Director of BPJS Kesehatan Service Quality Management as a resource person. The material presented was about "Senior Leader Teaching".
On this occasion, the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Medical Study Program, dr. I Wayan Sumardika, S.Ked. M.Med., Ph.D, and Vice Dean for Academic and Planning of FK Unud, Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT(K) who were present to open the event expressed their appreciation to the speakers and BPJS Kesehatan who had organized this event to share their knowledge regarding the administrative procedures for submitting claims at health centers and hospitals.
"This material is very good for getting to know more about BPJS Kesehatan, because when our students have completed their medical education, of course they will work at health centers and hospitals. Therefore, the material presented by the speakers will be needed so that later there will be no wrong procedures for BPJS Kesehatan claims," he said.
