FK Unud Conducts a Collaborative Monitoring and Evaluation Visit to RSJ Bali

In order to maintain synergy and collaboration between the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (FK Unud) and network hospitals, the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information of FK Unud, Prof. dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D along with the Information Management and Cooperation Unit (UPIKS) team visited the Bali Provincial Mental Hospital (RSJ Bali) in order to monitor and evaluate (monev) the collaboration between FK Unud and RSJ Bali. Held in the Ayodya Meeting Room, Diklat Building of RSJ Bali, the team from FK Unud was welcomed by the Head of Non-Medical Support Division, I Gusti Ngurah Kesuma Putra, S.Kep, Ns, M.M. On this occasion, Prof. Ady said that this monitoring and evaluation visit is an important component to ensure that the cooperation between institutions that has been established can run well and ultimately improve the quality of graduates who will carry out education at network hospitals.

The main agenda of this visit includes:

1. Discussing solutions related to the challenges faced by the Bali Mental Hospital.

2. Points of cooperation that must be improved or revised.

3. Schedule of implementation of tasks for students (residents and interns).

4. Monitoring and evaluation related to facilities and infrastructure at the Bali Mental Hospital.

This meeting was also attended by the Coordinator of UPIKS FK Unud, Dr. dr. I.A. Ika Wahyuniari, S.Ked., M.Kes., Komkordik FK Unud/RSUP IGNG Ngoerah and Head of KP3 FK Unud, Dr. dr. Dyah Kanya Wati, Sp.A(K)., Coordinator of the Doctor Profession Study Program, Dr. dr. I Wayan Eka Sutyawan, Sp.M(K)., Head of the Bali RSJ Kordik Team, dr. I Ketut Arya Santosa, M. Biomed, Sp. KJ., Ka. RSJ Bali Diklit Team, I Wayan Suarjaya, S.Kep, Ns.
