FK Unud Leadership Meeting for August 2021

The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Unud held an online Leadership Meeting (online). The meeting was opened directly by the Dean of FK Unud Prof.Dr.dr. I Ketut Suyasa, SpB., SpOT(K). The August 2021 Leadership Meeting was also attended virtually by the Vice Deans, Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Heads, Administrative Coordinators and Administrative Sub-Coordinators of the Unud Medical Faculty.
On this occasion the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of Udayana University along with the Deputy Deans conveyed some information, which was initiated by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine who conveyed about:
1. The new academic year of S1, S2, Sp, and S3 lectures
2. Election of Deans and Vice Deans
3. End of office memorandum
4. SOPs from the Ministry of Education and Culture
5. Implementation of the 3rd Vaccine for health workers and
6. Mars FK Unud
Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning Dr. dr. I Dewa Made Sukrama, MSi., SpMK (K) said the following:
1. PKKMB and Student Day for new students have been held in FK on 18-19 August 2021 with a total of 761 students
2. The new academic year will start on September 1, 2021 with a total of 736 new undergraduate students
3. The 143rd graduation will be held on September 4, 2021 and the release of prospective graduates will be held on August 27, 2021.
4. Congratulations to the BJOA Journal that has been indexed by Scopus and Sinta I. As well as appreciation for the hard work of the management team and the anesthesia department under the command of Prof. Wiryana.
5. Proposed revision I RKAT. A 2021 period of June FK Unud has been received and can be executed.
Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance Prof. Dr. dr. AA Wiradewi Lestari, S. Ked., SpPK (K) said the following:
1. POK revision has been approved.
2. Budget absorption/realization is still low.
3. Submission of follow-up remuneration.
4. The procurement of infrastructure has been partially implemented.
4. Decree of community service for telekodina.
5. Construction of the RSGM building is being prepared.
Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information Dr.dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes., conveyed several things as follows:
1. The changes in the BSO management have all been carried out.
2. The KIP Tuition Scholarship for the new semester has been validated at the faculty level
3. The Bidik Misi scholarship has several problems, especially in the profession of doctors and dentists because students do not upload semester KRS.
The event continued with discussions and reports from Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators and Unit Heads.
