FK Unud Receives a Visit from the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, University of Inland Norway


Located in the Prof. dr. I Goesti Ngoerah Gde Ngoerah room, 4th floor, FK Unud Building, Denpasar, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih. M.Kes., received 2 delegates from the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, University of Inland Norway (INN). (3/25/2025)


The delegates who attended this visit were Jennifer Payne, as the International Program Coordinator and Linda Lundsbakken as the Head of the Public Health Section of the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences INN. This activity was also attended by the Vice Dean for Academic and Planning, FK Unud, Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT(K) and the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information, FK Unud, Prof. dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, MPH, Ph.D.


The main agenda of this meeting was to discuss the international program currently running in the Public Health Undergraduate Study Program, namely "Public Health and Geriatric Dental Health Promotion Short Course at Udayana University, Bali" which was attended by 4 students from the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, INN.

In addition, the discussion session also discussed several international programs running in other study programs such as the Physiotherapy Professional Study Program, Nursing Professional Study Program, Psychology Undergraduate Study Program, and several international programs from the master's study program that allow for cooperation in both student exchange and staff exchange activities.


In this visit, a team from PT Griya Lumbung Sari was also invited as a consultant for foreign students, a team from the Office of International Affairs (KUI) of Udayana University, the Coordinators of the Undergraduate and Professional Study Programs of the Faculty of Medicine, and the Coordinator of the Information Management and Cooperation Unit of the Faculty of Medicine. This meeting is expected to strengthen the cooperation that has been established and can increase the types of cooperation activities, especially for international programs between the two institutions.
