FK Unud Student Organization Officially Changes the Cabinet for the 2025 Period
Denpasar, January 5, 2025 - The new year brings new enthusiasm for student organizations within the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (FK Unud). The inauguration of new administrators of all Student Institutions (LM), Student Associations (HM), and Semi-Autonomous Bodies (BSO) for the 2025 period was officially held on Sunday, January 5, 2025. This event took place in the A.A. Djelantik Room, 4th Floor, FK Unud Building, and became one of the important agendas in a series of 2024/2025 General Election activities.
This inauguration marks the official end of the previous period of management as well as the start of a new journey for the cabinet that will be led by elected leaders from various student organizations. With the inauguration of the new management, it is hoped that FK Unud student organizations can continue to carry out their duties, responsibilities, and work programs to support student development and improve achievements and contributions at the national and international levels.
The event was also attended by leaders of FK Unud, including the Dean of FK Unud, Prof. Dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes.; Vice Dean III for Student Affairs and Information, Prof. dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, M.P.H., Ph.D.; the Coordinators of Undergraduate Study Programs; FK Unud Student Affairs Subcoordinator; Chairman of the Udayana University Student Executive Board (BEM Unud), I Wayan Arma Surya Darmaputra, as well as the Heads of Institutions, Student Associations, and Semi-autonomous Bodies of FK Unud for the 2024 period. Not to forget, the chair candidates from each student organization were also present to witness the solemn inauguration procession.
The event began with a report from the Chairman of the Organizing Committee, followed by remarks from the Chairman of the Working Board, then continued with remarks from the Chairman of BM PM Udayana University, then remarks from the Vice Dean III, and continued with remarks from the Dean of FK Unud, Prof. Dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes. In his speech, he congratulated all the administrators who had been elected and hoped that they could carry out the mandate with full responsibility.
Furthermore, the inauguration procession was carried out by signing the Handover of Position letter, and continued with the reading of the oath by all new administrators. This oath symbolizes the commitment of the administrators to carry out their duties and responsibilities with high dedication.
With the inauguration of the new cabinet for the 2025 period, the entire academic community of FK Unud hopes that student organizations can continue to develop into a forum that supports student potential in both academic and non-academic fields.
This inauguration is not only the beginning of the journey for the new administrators, but also a moment of reflection for all FK Unud student organizations to continue to be committed to creating an inspiring and highly competitive campus environment.
The event was closed with a group photo session and hospitality between all participants, marking the spirit of togetherness and collaboration that is the basis for the success of student organizations at FK Unud.
