General Basic Subject Examination (MKDU) for Specialist Study Program Students Even Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year

The Professional Education Implementation Coordination Unit (KP3) together with the Education Coordinating Committee (Komkordik) of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University/Prof Ngoerah Hospital held a General Basic Subject Examination (MKDU) activity for Specialist Study Program Students at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year .

This MKDU exam is the final series of MKDU activities chaired by Dr. dr. Dyah Kanya Wati, Sp.A(K) as Chair of KP3 and coordinated by Ftr. Anak Agung Gede Angga Puspa Negara, S.Ft, M.FisFtr.

The exam took place for two days, from Monday, 27 February 2023 to Tuesday, 28 February 2023 offline in Rooms 4.01 and 4.02, Udayana Faculty of Medicine Building with 170 students.

This exam is carried out as a final evaluation of the MKDU that has been taught. On the first day, the subject being tested was Philosophy of Science, with the supervising lecturer Prof. Dr. dr. Tjokorda Gde Bagus Mahadewa, M.Kes, Sp.BS(K)Spinal and Ns. I Kadek Saputra, S.Kep, M.Erg; Statistics course with the supervising lecturer Prof. Dr. dr. Gede Raka Widiana, Sp.PD-KGH. and dr. Wayan Juli Sumadi, Sp.PA; and Molecular Biology course with supervising lecturer Dr. dr. Urged Made Wihandani, M.Kes. and dr. Ekawati, M. Repro, Sp.PA.

The second day was followed by an exam for the Research Methodology course with the supervising lecturer Dr. dr. Made Ratna Saraswati, Sp. PD-KEMD, FINASIM and Ftr. Anak Agung Gede Angga Puspa Negara, S.Ft., M.Fis, and ended with an exam for the Evidence Based Medicine course with supervisor Dr.dr. Ida Bagus Subanada, Sp.A(K) and dr. I Made Darmayasa, Sp.OG(K).

After the MKDU activities, PPDS-1 participants will carry out their first lecture at Udayana University, conduct orientation in each study program, as well as pradik activities at Prof. I.G.N.G Ngoerah. Furthermore, after the series of Pradik activities are completed, students will be fully handed over to their respective study programs to undergo professional education at Prof. I.G.N.G Ngoerah.
