Health Services and Research (PENITI) HMKU 2024 Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University


The General Medicine Student Association of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (HMKU FK Unud) again held Health Services and Research (PENITI) which was carried out in two series, namely PENITI Online and PENITI Offline in the range of June-August 2024.


PENITI Online consists of 4 series and has been running from July 7, 2024 to July 24, 2024. The series consists of Health Campaign, Public Poster, Peniti Pedia, and Educational Video. PENITI Online aims to disseminate education with a wider target without being limited by time and space through the use of social media, especially Instagram. Education is packaged informatively and creatively to make it easier for people to understand the education provided.


PENITI Offline consists of 4 series that have been running from June to August 2024. This activity consists of Blood Donation in collaboration with TBM Janar Dūta, Socialization & Health Services for elementary school students in 8 regencies in Bali Province, Peniti Berbagi for street workers in Denpasar City and Rumah Belajar Kambodja, and Peniti Clinic for the elderly of Pesinggahan Village, Klungkung.


This year's theme is "Gana Janardhana Askara Citaprasada" which means student action to realize health in order to achieve community welfare. It is hoped that this activity can be useful for the committee as organizers and also the community as participants.


The series of PENITI activities were officially closed by the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Medical Study Program, Dr. I Wayan Sumardika, S.Ked, M.Med.Ed., Ph.D. In his remarks he hoped that this activity could increase the understanding and skills of medical students in community development, especially health services and research to improve the welfare of the community.
