Improve Service Quality, FK Unud Organizes Excellent Service Training
In order to support the establishment of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (FK Unud) as a work unit that proclaims the Development of an Integrity Zone (ZI) towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and to increase public satisfaction with the educational services provided, FK Unud provides Excellent Service Training to all educational staff held in the Meeting Room Dr. A.A. Made Djelantik, FK Unud Building, Denpasar. (23/10/2024).
Opened by the Vice Dean for General and Financial Affairs of FK Unud, Prof. Dr. dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes, who was accompanied by the Coordinator of Administration, Ni Ketut Dewi Megawati, S.H., M.H., this training invited two resource persons from the Department of Psychology FK Unud, namely:
1. Made Padma Dewi Bajirani, S. Psi., M. Psi.
2. Komang Rahayu Indrawati, S.Psi, M.Si
Attended by all education personnel, the agenda in this training included procedures and attitudes in providing good and polite service to the community, increasing work motivation in order to provide optimal results in supporting the development of the Integrity Zone at FK Unud.
In his remarks, Prof. Sudarmaja said that this meeting was held to improve the competence of education personnel in providing services to support the achievement of the Integrity Zone development at FK Unud, especially as a public service provider in order to provide excellent, effective and efficient services to stakeholders.
After the opening, the event continued with the presentation of material from the speakers and discussion sessions.
