Improve the Quality and Competence of Graduates With Outcome Based Education (OBE) Curriculum

In order to improve the quality and competence of graduates of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, the Development, Learning and Quality Assurance Unit (UP3M) of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University held a virtual Outcome Based Education (OBE) Study Program Curriculum Preparation Training.
The head of UP3M, dr. I Made Winarsa Ruma, Ph.D said that this training was held with the aim of making policy supervisors and lecturers as participants as many as 277 from all study programs to implement OBE in the curriculum of their respective study programs in an effort to improve the quality of education on an ongoing basis by benchmarking the experience of OBE implementation from resource persons at the institution.
This training was attended and opened directly by the Dean of the Unud Faculty of Medicine, Dr.dr.Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes who in his speech mentioned the importance of this training and appreciated UP3M for organizing this OBE training.
"This training is an effort to provide understanding to all lecturers so that they can understand OBE so that we can design an OBE-based curriculum," he said.
Participated by all Study Program Coordinators, this training presented 2 (two) speakers, namely:
1. dr. Ardi Findyartini, Ph.D from the Department of Medical Education, Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia
2. dr. Yoyo Suhoyo, M.Med.Ed., Ph.D from the Department of Medical Education and Bioethics, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing (FKKMK) Gajah Mada University.
And as the moderator is dr. I Gusti Ayu Harry Sundariyati, S.Ked.,MHPE
The format of the training is carried out with a presentation model by resource persons followed by discussion sessions and post tests to increase participants' understanding.
