Improving Service Quality in Supporting the Development of Integrity Zone, FK Unud Holds Outbound-Based Team Development Activities.

In order to support the development of the Integrity Zone in the field of improving the quality of public services at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (FK Unud) held an Outbound-Based Team Development Activity which took place at the “Eka Karya” Bali Botanical Garden, Tabanan, Bali. (Sunday, December 8, 2024). This activity aims to improve teamwork, develop effective communication, build trust so as to support the improvement of public services at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.

The activity, which was wrapped in a friendly and family atmosphere, was attended by the Dean and Vice Deans, the Coordinator of Administration along with the Sub-Coordinators, and all educational staff at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. The event began with remarks by the Dean of FK Unud, Prof. Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes., who on this occasion advised the Education Personnel to continue to maintain unity and solidarity in order to support the vision and mission of the institution and support the development of the Integrity Zone at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, especially in the field of improving the quality of public services.

After being opened, the event continued with a joint exercise session, then the education personnel and leaders were divided into several groups to take part in competitions that hone unity, communication and build trust between participants.

The event was closed with the presentation of prizes to the winning groups and a group photo session.
