Leadership Meeting for October 2021

The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Unud held an online Leadership Meeting (online). The meeting was opened directly by the Dean of FK Unud Dr.dr.Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes. The leadership meeting in October 2021 was also attended virtually by the Deputy Deans, Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Coordinators, Administrative Coordinators and Sub Coordinators of Administration of Medical Faculty Unud.
On this occasion the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of Udayana University along with the Deputy Deans conveyed some information, which was initiated by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine who conveyed about:
1. Construction of the Medical Cluster building in Bukit, Jimbaran
2. Digitizing the library
3. Technical implementation of Face-to-face Learning (PTM)
4. Increasing the accreditation of Study Programs that have been accredited to excel to become International Accreditations
Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning Dr.dr.I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, S.Ked., SpOT(K) conveyed several things regarding:
1. Performance achievement of tw III
2. Strategic Plan
3. Accreditation
4. Credit score assessment team
5. Scientific work validator team
Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance Dr.dr.I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes conveyed several things, namely:
1. Fund absorption in TW III
2. Amount of Budget that has not been absorbed
3. Education staff who will retire
4. Facilities and infrastructure regarding the construction of the RSGM and the progress of moving LBT to the CVU building
Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information dr.I Made Ady Wirawan, MPH., Sp.KKLP., Ph.D conveyed about:
1. Student Creativity Program (PKM)
2. Student Achievement
3. Freedom to study independent campus
4. The FK Unud website is under repair
5. There will be improvements to the internal publication system from Study Program-FK-Spokesperson of Unud-external media
6. Cooperation and MoU between FK and networks
The event continued with discussions and reports from Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators and Unit Coordinators.
