Medical Seminar and Fun Run "BEM FK UNUD 2024 Calendar"

BEM FK Unud Calendar is a Rebranding Work Program of the BEM FK Unud National Seminar which aims to accommodate participants in increasing knowledge about current health issues, implementing a healthy lifestyle and increasing skills through Seminar & Workshop events held on Saturday, July 27, 2024 in the dr. A.A. Made Djelantik Room, Faculty of Medicine Building, Udayana University, Denpasar. BEM FK Unud Calendar also comes with a new innovation in the form of FunRun activities held around the Sudirman Campus of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University as far as 5 KM.

BEM FK Unud Calendar 2024 comes with the theme "Wellness Unleashed: Empower Your Body, Ignite Your Spirit". The 2024 Calendar event consists of 3 events, namely FunRun, National Seminar, and Workshop. The FunRun event began with a Start and Finish at the Sudirman Campus, where the flag raising was carried out by the Deputy Mayor of Denpasar I Kadek Agus Arya Wibawa, S.E., M.M., accompanied by the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Dr. dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes., dr. Putu Astri Novianti, SpB, and the Chairperson of the 2024 BEM Calendar Committee. Participants who took part in the Fun Run this time came from all academic communities of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.

The National Seminar & Workshop activities were attended by extraordinary speakers who presented very useful materials for all of us, namely

Dr. dr. Cokorda Bagus Jaya Lesmana, Sp.KJ (K), Mars, with the topic "Narcissism and its Effect on Mental Health",

Dr. dr. Ni Wayan Eka Ciptasari, Sp.DVE, FINSDV, FAADV, with the topic "Foundation Key of Beauty From Inside and Out"

dr. Indira Dharmasasmitha, Sp.KK. with the topic "How to Understand What Your Skin Needs".

After the seminar, participants attended a Workshop activity that contained useful material on how to care for skin presented by extraordinary speakers, and there were other interesting activities, namely at the beginning of the Workshop activity, where participants could exchange any brand of makeup shell to get Goodies containing lots of skincare in it that had been provided by the sponsor.
