*National Dialogue: Fostering National Defense in the Young Generation*

The Student Regiment Battalion A-901/Mayurajana Udayana University held a National Dialogue and Book Exhibition at the Bangsal Struggle Monument, Jalan Raya Padang Luwih, North Kuta, Badung Regency, Sunday (6/9/2020). The event was opened by the Vice Chancellor III for Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Made Sudarma, MS, and attended by three speakers, namely, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Udayana University. Dr. dr. I Ketut Suyasa, Sp.B., Sp.OT(K), Prof. Dr. Ir. Wayan Windia, SU., and Atnews Director I Wayan Artaya.
Made Devi Gayatri as the head of the event committee explained that this event aims to invite the younger generation to better understand the meaning of defending the country. "This activity aims to increase literacy for the younger generation so that they know how to defend the country from the literacy side," he said. Devi also hopes that the younger generation will love their homeland more by understanding the meaning of defending the country.
Vice Chancellor III for Student Affairs also responded positively to this event. "I really appreciate and support it to be fully implemented considering the important national dialogue these days to counter radicalism," said Prof. Sudarma.

On this occasion, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Unud Prof. IKSuyasa received an award which was handed over by the General Chairperson of the Bangsal Struggle Monument, dr. Bagus Ngurah Putu Aryana, Sp.A (K). marked with an award badge.
The award received is a form of appreciation for MPB in commemorating the 3/4 Century Summit of the Secret Meeting of the Underground Movement for the Indonesian War of Independence in Bali.

Prof. Suyasa was very surprised and appreciated, and proud to receive an award from MPB and did not expect to receive an award, Prof. Suyasa said that giving this award is a big responsibility given to me in the field of defending the country and a sense of nationalism.
After receiving the award Prof. Suyasa took the time to visit the Bangsal Struggle Monument accompanied by the General Chairperson of MPB Dr Arhana, Commander of the Yon Menwa Unud Mumtazah, President Director of Atnews Artaya. At the end of the visit to MPB Prof. Suyasa also signed the MPB inscription which will later be able to benefit the new generation of Indonesia
