National Symposium And Workshop In Anti-Aging Medicine (NASWAAM) 2022

The Biomedical Masters Study Program specifically for AAM, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University held a National Symposium and Workshop in Anti-Aging Medicine (NASWAAM) which was held by the Indonesian Center for Anti-Aging Medicine (INCAAM) online on Friday, February 11, 2022.

Prof. Dr. dr. Wimpie Pangkahila, Sp.And(K) in his remarks as chairman of the committee and chairman of INCAAM said that this event was the 11th NASWAAM event and had been regularly held since 2011.

This time, NASWAAM raised the theme “Stay Young and Health by Practicing Anti-Aging Medicine” and was attended by around 300 participants, and involved more than 15 speakers and moderators.

Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes in his speech said that the field of Anti-Aging Medicine (AAM) is the pride of UNUD and hopes that it can be implemented directly in the community to improve the quality of life.

dr. Daeng M. Faqih, SH, M.HKes as chairman of the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) in his speech also mentioned the importance of developing AAM science, especially in dealing with the development of the Health tourism industry in Indonesia and hoped that NASWAAM could continue to be sustainable.

UNUD Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng, IPU in his remarks which also opened the NASWAAM 2022 event conveyed his pride in the biomedical master's study program specifically AAM FK UNUD which has already won a MURI record and hopes that the NASWAAM event will be a success and continue to share knowledge. , as well as involving various related disciplines.
