Orientation Day of the Sports and Physiotherapy International Program for the Winter Semester of 2025.
The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, through its Undergraduate Physiotherapy and Professional Physiotherapy Study Program, once again held an international program in collaboration with the Study in Bali and Go Study agencies. The Orientation Day was held in the A.A. Djelantik Room, Faculty of Medicine Building, Udayana University, Denpasar Campus, and was attended by 110 international students. The orientation day aimed to introduce international students to the academic environment as part of the Udayana University academic community, particularly the Faculty of Medicine. (2/09/2025)
The event began with remarks from the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Physiotherapy and Professional Physiotherapy Study Program, Dr. dr. Agung Wiwiek Indrayani, S.Ked, M.Kes., followed by remarks and opening remarks by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information, FK Unud, Prof. dr. I Made Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D., warmly welcomed the international students.
"Thank you for choosing our institution for this program. I welcome you with pleasure. I hope you will have a successful program while enjoying the atmosphere of Bali. Please remain safe while traveling and maintain your health while in Bali," said Prof. Ady.
Following the welcome, the event continued with presentations on an Overview of Studying at Udayana University for International Students by Made Cinthya Puspita Shara, S.H., M.H., a representative from the Udayana University Office of International Affairs (KUI), an Overview of the Sports and Physiotherapy International Program by Sayu Aryantari Putri Thanaya, S.Ft., M.Sc., the International Physiotherapy Program Coordinator, and a presentation on Visa and Immigration Services by a representative from the Udayana University International Office.
The event was also attended by the Head of the Physiotherapy Department, Ftr. Ari Wibawa, SSt.Ft, M.Fis., Coordinator of the Learning Development and Quality Assurance Unit (UPPPM), dr. I Made Winarsa Ruma, S.Ked., Ph.D., Coordinator of the Information Management and Cooperation Unit (UPIKS), Dr. dr. Ida Ayu Ika Wahyuniari, S.Ked, M.Kes., and lecturers of the Physiotherapy Undergraduate and Physiotherapy Professional Study Programs.
