Performance Target Portioning Coordination Meeting

In connection with the signing of the 2020 Performance Agreement between the Dean of Medical Faculty Unud and the Chancellor of Unud based on the Performance Agreement between the Chancellor of Unud and the Directorate of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Dean of Medical Faculty Unud Prof. Dr.dr. I Ketut Suyasa, Sp.B., Sp.OT (K) together with the Vice Deans, Heads of Administration and Heads of Subdivisions held a coordination meeting to determine the proportion of performance targets for each performance indicator which would then be stated in the Performance Agreement between the Coordinators Study Program and Head of Department with the Dean of FK Unud.
This meeting also discussed operational definitions, criteria and formulas for each performance indicator which will later become a guide for study programs and departments in collecting data on performance achievements in 2020.
