Public Health Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Holds National Guest Lecture with Speakers from IPB University, Bogor

In order to improve the competence and understanding of students, lecturers, and various parties about the importance of family nutritional quality, the Public Health Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (FK Unud) held a National Guest Lecture with speakers from the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) University, Bogor. With the theme "Towards a Golden Generation through Family Nutrition", this event was held in the Dr. A.A. Made Djelantik Room, FK Unud Building, Denpasar. (03/21/2025)

Attended by lecturers, students, and public health practitioners, this activity presented Prof. Dr. Ir. Hardiansyah, MS., who is a Professor of Nutrition at IPB University and Chair of the DPP Pergizi Pangan Indonesia as a resource person moderated by Dr. Kadek Tresna Adhi, SKM., M.Kes.

The discussion that took place provided new insights for the participants about the challenges and developments, as well as the importance of nutritional quality. Participants also gained knowledge about strategies to improve the quality of family nutrition from various aspects in order to become a golden generation.

Officially opened by the Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes, on this occasion Prof. Sudarmaja expressed his appreciation for this collaboration opportunity and hoped that this activity could broaden the horizons of students, lecturers and public health practitioners who attended about the importance of nutritional quality. Furthermore, Prof. Sudarmaja hopes that this event can have a positive impact because currently in Indonesia there are still many challenges and problems in terms of improving nutritional quality.

On this occasion, the guest lecture event was also combined with the inauguration of the DPD Pergizi Pangan Bali 2025-2030 management.
