Revitalization of Travel Medicine Unit as the flagship of FK Unud

Travel Medicine and Tourism Health are the mainstays of FK. Unud. This flagship program was launched in 2011 in the context of the HPEQ project from the Ministry of Education where FK. Unud developed a leading program for Travel Medicine with the vision of FK Unud having excellent graduates in the field of Travel Medicine who have more knowledge and skills than other medical and health education institutions in the field of medicine. Travel Medicine remembers FK. Unud.

Fk Unud has formed a Travel Medicine Unit in charge of coordinating the leading activities and programs of Travel Medicine at FK Unud. The Medical Medicine Travel Unit of Unud Medical Faculty is supported by a Unit Management Team consisting of Unud Medical Faculty lecturers who are experts and seminars in the field of Travel Medicine and Tourism Health.

To prepare for the implementation of the Travel Medicne Unit work program, FK Unud, a meeting of the Travel Medicine Unit management team has been held in order to discuss the work program of the Travel Medicine unit which will be carried out in the form of activities that support the excellence of Travel Medicine at FK Unud. The meeting was held online via the weBex Meeting application on March 10, 2022

The meeting was attended by the Dean of Unud Medical Faculty, Dr.dr.Komang Januartha P.Pinatih, M.Kes., Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Prof. dr. I Md Ady Wirawan, MPH, Ph.D., and the Management Team of the Travel Medicine Unit

The work program that is excelled is especially the application of superior Travel health/Medicine in the Tridarma of higher education and other fields, namely in the fields of:

5. Cooperation and Information
6. Student activities
