Signing of the 2025 Performance Agreement and Submission of the 2026 Fiscal Year Ceiling
The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University held the signing of the 2025 Performance Agreement between the Dean and the Study Program Coordinators, Department Heads, Unit Coordinators and Submission of the 2026 Fiscal Year Ceiling on Monday, August 11 2025, which took place in Dr. A A. Made Djelantik, FK Building, Denpasar. This activity was held with the aim of obtaining direction regarding work program planning in the 2026 Fiscal Year, especially those that support performance indicators in the Strategic Plan (RENSTRA) and main performance indicators (IKU) in the Performance Agreement between the Dean of FK and the Chancellor of Udayana University and also to obtain input regarding work programs from all elements of the FK Unud academic community. The signing of this performance agreement is to realize a commitment to achieving measurable performance targets, increasing accountability, transparency and institutional performance, as well as becoming a basis for evaluation.
The event, which was attended by Deputy Deans, Study Program Coordinators, Heads of Departments, Unit Coordinators, Administrative Coordinators and Sub-Coordinators, began with policy direction from the Dean of FK Unud, Prof. Dr. Dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes., which was followed by a discussion session. The next event was the Signing of the 2025 Performance Agreement between the Dean and the Study Program Coordinators, Department Heads, Unit Coordinators and Submission of the 2026 Fiscal Year Ceiling. The event closed with a group photo session.
