Located in the 3rd Floor Meeting Room of the Sudirman Campus Postgraduate Building, Unud Chancellor Prof. Dr. dr. AA Raka Sudewi, Sp.S(K) and the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Unud Prof. Dr. dr. I Ketut Suyasa, Sp.B., Sp.OT(K) signed a 2020 performance contract between the Chancellor of Udayana University and the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, where this year there are 19 performance indicators that are the Rector's performance targets with the aim of improving:

1. Quality of learning and student affairs

2. Institutional quality of Udayana University

3. Quality and quantity of Udayana University resources

4. Relevance and productivity of research, service, and technology

5. Innovation capacity

6. National / International Competitiveness
