Support for PTNH-BH Preparation, Unud Medical Faculty Study Compared to Unpad Medical Faculty

In order to strengthen ties of friendship and add information on institutional governance, the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (Unud) made a comparative study visit to the Faculty of Medicine, Padjadjaran University (Unpad), Bandung. (5/11/2022)

The FK Unud team led directly by the Dean, Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes was welcomed by the Dean of FK Unpad, Prof. Dr. Yudi Mulyana Hidayat, dr., Sp.OG(K)-Onk, DMAS., in the Conference Room, Unpad Academic, Innovation, Technology and Health Research (PAMITRAN) Building, Bandung

Accompanying the Dean included Deputy Dean for Resources and Organization of the Faculty of Medicine Unpad, Irvan Afriandi, dr., MPH., Dr.PH., Deputy Dean for Education, Learning, Student Affairs and Research of the Faculty of Medicine Unpad, Dr. Ruswana Anwar, dr., Sp.OG., Subsp. FER., M.Kes., and Manager of Human Resources, Finance, and Information Systems FK Unpad, Nunung Kurniawati, S.Sp., M.AP.,

On this occasion, the Dean of FK Unud, Dr. Januartha expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the opportunity and willingness of FK Unpad to share experiences regarding institutional management.

"Thank you for the willingness and time given by FK Unpad, hopefully we can gain knowledge from Unpad, so we can improve the institution, especially in the financial sector regarding the planned change of status from BLU to PTN-BH," he said.

During this visit, the Unud FK team had the opportunity to get information conveyed by dr. Ivan regarding:
1. Organizational structure and institutional governance
2. Governance of Education HR
3. Management of Human Resources for Health Workers
4. Management of infrastructure facilities
5. Financial governance
6. Fundamentals of institutional governance rules

This comparative study was also attended by the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes, Administrative Coordinator, Ni Ketut Megawati, SH., MH., Sub-coordinator of Planning and Information Systems, Sub-coordinator of General Affairs and Finance, and Unud FK education staff
