Supporting Improvement of Health Services at Payangan Hospital, FK Unud and FEMH Taiwan Collaborate on FET Telemedicine Services

In order to strengthen collaboration and cooperation with Far Eastern Memorial Hospital (FEMH) Taiwan, the Faculty of Medicine of Udayana University (FK Unud) led by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information of FK Unud, Prof. dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D. conducted a visit to Payangan Hospital, Gianyar in order to introduce services and cooperation that can be collaborated with FEMH Taiwan. Taking place in the Widya Sabha Usadha Hall, Management Building of Payangan Hospital, the team from FK Unud and FEMH were welcomed directly by the Director of Payangan Hospital, dr. I Gusti Ngurah Gede Putra, S.Ked., M.Si. (10/22/2024)

The main agenda of this collaborative visitation is to introduce the FET Telemedicine service from FEMH and see the supporting health facilities owned by RSUD Payangan to support the implementation of the FET Telemedicine service. On this occasion, the team from FEMH also directly conducted a simulation of the FET Telemedicine service with doctors at RSUD Unud.

dr. Putra Selalu, the President Director of RSUD Payangan, expressed his appreciation for this visit and welcomed the collaboration that will be carried out together with FEMH Taiwan because it can improve the quality of health services provided by RSUD Payangan. This visit was also attended by the Coordinator of UPIKS FK Unud, Representatives of the Gianyar Regency Health Office, and all supporting staff of RSUD Payangan services.
