Supporting the Improvement of Health Services at Siloam Kupang Hospital, FK Unud is Ready to Send Specialist Learners


The Faculty of Medicine of Udayana University (FK Unud) received an audience visit and strengthened cooperation from Siloam Hospital Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. Led directly by the Director of Siloam Kupang Hospital, dr. Andreas Wijaya, the team's arrival was welcomed by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information of FK Unud, Prof. dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, MPH, Ph.D, which took place in the Dean's Conference Room, FK Unud Denpasar Building. (5/8/2024)


In his remarks, Dr. Andreas conveyed the needs of Siloam Hospital regarding the proposed independent resident requests, namely residents from the Orthopaedic and Traumatology Specialist Study Program and the Internal Medicine Specialist Study Program.


Related to this, Prof. Ady said that FK Unud is ready to establish cooperation to encourage the improvement of the quality of health services at Siloam Kupang Hospital through the placement of several independent resident doctors as requested.


The visit was also attended by representatives of related Specialist Doctors from Siloam Hospital, Mauritius A Sikone as Secretary of Siloam Kupang Hospital, Coordinator of the Information Management Unit and FK Unud Cooperation and the Coordinators of related Specialist Study Programs.
