The culmination of Udayana University's Faculty of Medicine's BKFK-60 Anniversary Celebration

Raising the theme Ekawira Adikarya Nawasena Ing Loka which means having a courageous spirit in creating works for a bright future in the world, the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University together with the Student Executive Board of BEM FK Unud held a hybrid celebration of the 60th Anniversary of the Family Medical Faculty, broadcast live from Dr. AA Made Djelantik, Sudirman Campus, FK Unud.

This event is the culmination of a celebration of a series of events that have been held since March 6, 2022, which aims to strengthen the relationship between the entire academic community of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.

The peak celebration which was held in a hybrid manner was attended offline by the Chancellor of Udayana University, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng., IPU., accompanied by Vice Chancellors, President Director of Sanglah Hospital, Dr. I Wayan Sudana, M.Kes and his staff, Rector of Warmadewa University, Prof. dr. I Dewa Putu Widjana, DAP&E.Sp. ParK, Director of Human Resources and Education at Unud Hospital, dr. Komang Ayu Witarini, Sp.A(K)., Dean of FK Unud, Deputy Deans of FK Unud, Study Program Coordinators, Heads of Departments, Administrative Coordinators and Sub-Coordinators.

It was also attended online by the Deans of the Faculty at Unud, FK Unud Lecturers, Education Personnel, and Students at FK Unud.

The event started with the performance of the Amertha Sanjiwani Dance which was followed by remarks from the Dean of the Unud Medical Faculty, Dr.dr.Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes and the Unud Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng., IPU.

In his speech, the Dean said that at the age of 60, FK Unud is expected to be able to make a maximum contribution. In an effort to increase contributions, collaboration with internal and external parties is needed. This BKFK moment is expected to unite the vision, movement and steps to advance this institution that we love.

"We, all the big family of FK Unud must unite the vision, movement and steps to support the glory of FK Unud in the future," said Dr.Januartha

While the Chancellor of Unud, Prof.Antara in his speech conveyed Congratulations and success of BKFK-60, it is hoped that FK Unud will be able to realize its vision and mission in society in order to achieve the 2025 healthy Indonesia national program. Hopefully, the spirit of BKFK-60 can help Unud Medical Faculty to immediately get international accreditation.

"Udayana University will recruit world-class professors to help internationalize Udayana university," added Prof.Antara.
